DocPilot AI keeps documents local by default. AI processing starts only after you choose an AI action.

Documents and AI context

Imported PDFs and scans stay on your device by default. When you summarize, translate, explain or chat with a document, only the relevant text needed for that request is sent to the DocPilot AI backend. Document text is not logged for support or analytics.

Purchases

DocPilot AI uses RevenueCat and Apple StoreKit for subscriptions. Purchase history is used only to unlock Pro features and restore access.

Tracking

DocPilot AI does not use IDFA, advertising tracking or third-party ad networks.

Support

If you email support, your email address and message are used only to respond to your request.

Deletion

You can delete local documents and extracted text from the app settings.
